JourNalism

JourNalism is a first-person, investigative experience set on the eve of a national election. The player assumes the role of an independent photojournalist tasked with uncovering politically sensitive truths surrounding a controversial public figure. At the center of the investigation is a government official known for publicly supporting anti-LGBTQ legislation, whose private behavior appears to contradict his political stance. Equipped with smart camera glasses, players document people, environments,inside a secret gay bar, gathering visual evidence that reveals layers of secrecy, performance, and political hypocrisy.

The game presents structured investigative objectives that require player's observation, interpretation of visual cues. By photographing clues, players will unlock main target information and gradually assemble a story powerful enough to publish on the front page of a newspaper. Through investigative mechanics and environmental storytelling, JourNalism explores themes of media power, public image versus private identity, and the political construction of morality.
